Multiflorous nectar honey |
|
Obtained from the nectar gathered by bees from various cultivated plants as well as wildflowers and herbs overgrowing meadows, forests and mountains. Its colour ranges from light cream to the hue of freshly brewed tea. The aroma, which may be less or more distinctive, resembles beeswax; the honey is sweet to the taste and its flavour varies depending on the nectar ingredients. Just like any natural honey, it undergoes crystallization.
Properties: Its medicinal and nutritional properties are largely due to a vast variety of plants used by bees for gathering feed. It is particularly effective in allergies treatment.
